We build the spreadsheets we'd want if we ran your business.
EasyWorkTools is a small team of software designers and perfectionists. We make tools for one trade at a time, around how that work really gets done, and we keep improving them after you buy.
Why we started
Most business templates stop at names and phone numbers. A lawn quote has to account for slopes and overgrowth. A pressure washing bid has to account for stories, roof pitch and the strength of the SH in your truck. If a real job has a messy detail, the tool should handle it, so that's what we build.
Easy doesn't mean basic
Our tools do a lot under the hood. What makes them easy is how you use them: fill in the yellow cells and everything else calculates on its own. Every tool comes with a Start Here tab and a step-by-step How It Works guide, so you're never guessing.
Perfectionists, on purpose
Every tool is complete and tested before it reaches you. We check every version against real jobs, including the mistakes people actually make. Then we keep refining. Every change gets a version number and a note on our Updates page, and every update is yours free, for life.
What we won't do
No subscriptions. No macros or add-ons that break in Google Sheets. No fake countdown sales. No reviews we didn't earn. You pay once, you own the tool, and if something doesn't work as described, we fix it or refund you.
Always getting better
Every EasyWorkTools spreadsheet is complete, tested and ready to run your business the day you buy it. Then it keeps getting better. We're perfectionists, so we're always sharpening our tools, and some of our best upgrades start with a customer saying "it would be great if..."
