Do these work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Every tool is tested in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. To use Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
Do I need any special software or a subscription?
No. You need Microsoft Excel or a free Google account. There are no macros, no add-ons, and no monthly fees.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link on screen and by email. You can also download your files any time from your account.
How do Free Lifetime Updates work?
When we release a new version of a tool you own, you can download it free, forever. We'll email you when there's something new. See every change on the Updates page.
What's in the download?
A zip file with two spreadsheets for each tool: one filled with examples so you can see how it works, and a blank copy ready for your business. Double-click the zip to open it.
Why can't I type in the gray cells?
The gray cells are formulas, and they're locked so they can't be erased by accident. Type only in the yellow cells. If you really need to change a formula, open Review in Excel and choose Unprotect Sheet. There's no password. Locking is an Excel feature, so in Google Sheets the gray cells may not be locked. Just leave them alone there.
Will an update erase my data?
No. An update is a new file. Your current file stays exactly as it is. If you want to switch, copy your entries into the new version.
I'm not a spreadsheet person. Will I be able to use this?
Yes. That's the whole point. Fill in the yellow cells and everything else calculates on its own. Every tool has a Start Here tab and step-by-step instructions.
Can I use it on my phone?
You can view and make quick edits in the Google Sheets or Excel phone apps. For setup and printing, a computer is easier.
Can my crew use it?
One purchase covers you and the people who work in your business. Please don't share or resell the files outside your business.
