Refund policy
Our tools are digital downloads you get right away, so sales are generally final once the files are delivered. But if something is genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
We'll refund you if
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You got the wrong file, or a file that won't open
- A feature we describe doesn't work as described
- The tool doesn't work in Excel or Google Sheets, when we say it does
- You bought the wrong tool and haven't downloaded it yet (we'll swap it or refund you)
How it works
Contact us at hello@easyworktools.com within 30 days of purchase and tell us what's wrong. Our first step is always to fix it. If it's a bug, we fix it and everyone gets the fix in a free update. If we can't make the tool work as described, we refund your purchase in full.
What we can't refund
Once files are downloaded, we can't take them back, so we don't refund for a change of mind, not needing the tool anymore, or buying a tool for a different trade. Every product page shows exactly what's included, what software it needs and how it works before you buy, so you know what you're getting.
After a refund
A full refund ends your license to use that tool. You agree to delete any copies you downloaded, and access to downloads and updates for that order is turned off.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws where you live.
